- 01The Philippine FDA said post-marketing surveillance confirmed that ZMZ Peptides Tirzepatide 15 mg vials, sold with a 3 mL 0.9% benzyl alcohol 'Research Use Only' reconstitution solution, have no Certificate of Product Registration.
- 02The advisory warns consumers there is no assurance of quality, safety or efficacy, and bars establishments from distributing the product; it also flags the cross-border trade in US-compounded incretins sold as research material.
- 03Under Republic Act No. 9711, unauthorized manufacture, import, sale or promotion is prohibited, and the agency asked local governments and law enforcement to keep the product off shelves. No adverse events were reported in the notice.
