- 01Mean weight change was -17.6% at 4 mg, -23.7% at 9 mg and -25.0% at 12 mg versus -3.9% with placebo over 80 weeks in 2,339 randomized adults without diabetes.
- 02Co-primary endpoints in subgroups showed WOMAC pain falling up to 3.6 points in 574 participants with knee osteoarthritis and apnea-hypopnea index dropping up to 34.3 events per hour in 243 with sleep apnea.
- 03Gastrointestinal events were the most common adverse effects; Eli Lilly's triple agonist is not yet approved and durability beyond 80 weeks remains untested.
