- 01TG SAFE issued a 14 October advisory against buying or self-administering unapproved weight-loss drugs and experimental peptides, naming BPC-157, GHK-Cu, retatrutide and tesamorelin sold via Telegram and other platforms.
- 02The regulator says products labelled 'Not for Human Consumption' ship with self-administration instructions and may fail sterility and endotoxin standards, a pattern familiar to gray-market watchers elsewhere.
- 03TG SAFE directed doctors not to prescribe or administer unapproved products and warned of stringent action, but the advisory cites no enforcement cases or confirmed patient harms to date.
