02Investigators hypothesize tirzepatide acts both indirectly, by improving the host metabolic milieu, and directly on the tumor microenvironment via insulin, lipid and mTOR signaling.
03This is an early Phase 1 tissue-based window design, not an efficacy trial; readouts will rest on paired biopsy and hysterectomy specimens rather than clinical outcomes.
