  1. 01Eli Lilly said it will supply the Phase 3 triple agonist retatrutide, which targets GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon, to a limited number of patients before FDA approval under an expanded access program.
  2. 02Clinicians now have a legitimate route to authentic retatrutide for a narrow group of patients, which Lilly contrasts with black-market product it warns against.
  3. 03The drug is not approved by any regulator, trials in obesity, type 2 diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea are ongoing, and Lilly is reviewing provider requests case by case.
