- 02A subset of 532 participants with BMI 35 or above escalated to maximum tolerated dose reached up to 30% reduction at 104 weeks, a level a UK obesity clinical lead linked to bariatric surgery.
- 03Nausea affected 42.4% at the top dose, with dysesthesia and urinary tract infections in roughly one in ten; full safety data await peer review and the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon agonist has no approval.
