- 01In a Phase 2 trial presented in Milan, the highest doses of eloralintide plus Zepbound over 48 weeks produced 23% weight loss, versus 15% for high-dose Zepbound and 12% for eloralintide alone.
- 02Amylin analogs including eloralintide, Novo's cagrilintide and Zealand's petrelintide are being positioned as better-tolerated options, with analysts suggesting starting on amylin and adding an incretin for more loss.
- 03Novo also presented a real-world analysis with Ro showing patients switching from Wegovy or Zepbound injections to the Wegovy pill lost an additional 4.1% of body weight over at least three months.
